We're hiring a Mobile Consumer App Specialist for a growing children's educational app (ages 2–6, edu-tainment/learning space).

We're looking for someone with hands-on experience marketing or growing consumer mobile apps, ideally with direct experience in children's/kids' apps- someone who understands the unique dynamics of this space: parent-as-buyer, child-as-user, app store optimisation, retention in edu-tainment products, and privacy-conscious (COPPA) marketing.

Requirements

Hands-on experience marketing or growing consumer mobile apps (B2C)
Specific prior experience working on a children's app strongly preferred
Understanding of app store dynamics and ASO (app store optimisation)
Experience with user acquisition and retention strategies for mobile products
Familiarity with privacy-conscious marketing practices for kids' products (e.g., COPPA considerations)
Comfortable working with both paid and organic growth channels
Ideally based in Sri Lanka
