About the job

We're building the AI layer for growth teams that monitors Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GA4, helping marketers catch issues before they become expensive mistakes.

We're looking for an experienced growth marketer to help train and evaluate our AI's outputs, reviewing its analysis of ad performance, flagging inaccuracies, and helping it reason more like a seasoned marketer.

Requirements

  • Must Have:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
  • Strong grasp of core performance metrics: CAC, ROAS, CPA, conversion rate
  • Working knowledge of GA4 for tracking and reporting
  • Comfortable evaluating and critiquing data and analysis with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Clear, structured written communication for explaining why something is right or wrong, not just flagging it
  • Based in the United States
  • Available for a few hours per week on a flexible, part-time basis
  • Comfortable working with AI tools or open to learning AI-assisted workflows
  • Nice to Have:
  • Prior experience in AI training, data labelling, or model evaluation work
  • Agency or in-house growth marketing background across multiple client accounts
