Requirements

  • Required Qualifications
  • • Expert-level proficiency in Jira administration, configuration, and workflow management (3+ years hands-on experience)
  • • Strong project management experience with proven track record of delivering technical projects on time
  • • Technical understanding sufficient to work effectively with software development teams and grasp technical concepts
  • • Experience managing AI-based projects, ML workflows, or code-intensive Jira projects
  • • Excellent communication skills with ability to manage diverse stakeholders across technical and business functions
  • • Demonstrated expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies with practical sprint management experience
  • • Proficiency in JQL (Jira Query Language) for creating complex filters and reports
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • • Jira certifications (Atlassian Certified Professional, Jira Administrator, or Project Administrator)
  • • Deep familiarity with software development lifecycle, DevOps practices, and modern development workflows
  • • Experience with Jira plugins and Atlassian Marketplace apps (ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira, etc.)
  • • Understanding of AI/ML project management workflows and data science team requirements
  • • Experience with Confluence, Bitbucket, or other Atlassian products
  • • Knowledge of REST APIs and Jira automation scripting
